MetLife. Chuck has ultimate responsibility for
all aspects of the company including operations,
finance and strategy. His experience spans areas
such as software development, project
management, technical alliances and overseas
operations.
Chuck holds a
Master of Sciences degree in Computer Science
from University of New Haven, Connecticut and a
Bachelor of Sciences degree in Mechanical
Engineering from the Manipal Institute of
Technology, Manipal, India.
Stephen Scruggs (Vice-President Sales and
Marketing)
Stephen
Scruggs manages all aspects of the company's
sales and marketing efforts. He is
responsible for positioning Saras America as the
unquestioned leader in providing business
process solutions to organizations in a variety
of vertical markets. He joins Saras
America with over 20 years of experience in
building sales organizations, sometimes from the
ground up.
Stephen
attended the University of Michigan-Dearborn
majoring in Business Administration. He is
professionally trained in the Sandler Sales
Institute method of selling.
Sirish
Kumar (Director, Business Process Outsourcing)
Sirish Kumar
manages the Offshore Operations of Saras
America. He is responsible for aggressively
expanding Saras’ customer base in overseas
markets. He joins Saras with more than 15 years
of experience as a Manager – Maintenance &
Operations, Singareni Collieries, India. In that
capacity, he mobilized the unit for
implementing Total Productive Maintenance.
Sirish is highly experienced in team building
and business process formulation.
Sirish holds a
Bachelor of Engineering degree majoring in
Mechanical Engineering from Osmania University,
Hyderabad, India. He is professionally trained
in Total Productive Maintenance at CII, India.
Arunraj Balasubramanian (Hyperion Practice)
Arunraj is
responsible for managing the Hyperion Division
within Saras America. With more than 12 years of
consulting experience, he has served within
a variety of industries including IT, financial
services, telecommunications, manufacturing and
insurance. He has great business and technical
experience focused on Business Intelligence.
Arunraj earned
his Master of Business Administration degree
specializing in Finance and Bachelor of Sciences
degree specializing in Accounting from
Bharathiyar University, Coimbatore, India.
Gopinath Alagirisamy (Microsoft Practice)
Gopinath is
leading Saras America’s
Microsoft / FileNET practices and associated
development programs and services. He brings his
extensive 11 years of technical
experience to the position. He is the Chief
Architect in designing and developing the Saras
Project Management Methodology. He is also
working on advanced research activities
associated with Microsoft's new operating system
Vista. Prior to joining Saras America, he led
various activities on Microsoft and FileNET for
Patni Computers Inc. for more than 6 years.
Gopinath holds
a Bachelor of Technology degree from PSG College
of Technology, Coimbatore, India.
